Repeatability

The main purpose of this PR is to make the output of the test profile fully repeatable. This means CI won't be randomly failing and also that we can snapshot meta.json and summary.json !

Whilst at it, I also fix:

• a lint warning
• the multiqc report was missing busco (it had been removed by accident during a template upgrade or something)
