Changes "Scalytics GmbH" to "Scalytics, Inc." in the copyright header of all 26 Go files in cmd/kshark (including 4 tests) and in the README license section. The rest of each header is unchanged. Approved by Alex.
The testbed SQL fixtures mention a fictional customer "TechStart GmbH"; that is sample data, not the company name, and is unchanged.
Local: gofmt clean, go vet clean, go test ./... passes.
