Per-page meta titles/descriptions for Solutions pages

Summary
Add unique, concise titles and meta descriptions for each Solutions page.

Scope

• OmegaMatch, OmegaOMG, OmegaOMG VS Code pages under /solutions/*.

Tasks

• Provide per-page metadata via export const metadata or generateMetadata in App Router.
• Craft 50–60 char titles and ~150–160 char descriptions derived from MARKETING.md.
• Ensure OG/Twitter fallbacks pick up per-page titles/descriptions (retain site-wide og.png unless per-page image is added).
• Verify canonical URLs.

Acceptance criteria

• View-source shows correct title/description per page.
• Lighthouse SEO passes for “document has a meta description”.
• No regressions to existing global meta.

Notes

• Consider future per-page OG images; out of scope for now.
