Rebuild Settings as one Security & accounts page and require a confirmed email - #551

Profile, schools and accounts, security and a danger zone on one page, with every change in a dialog that asks for proof the way the account can give it. /api/auth/me now says whether the account has a password and a confirmed email, and deleting an account without a password needs a fresh sign-in.
The confirm step can now correct a mistyped address, provider sign-ups need an address the provider verified, sign-in errors are visible again, and the profile drops the "Not confirmed" label.
…app's select for the language The show/hide toggle sits beside the input so password managers keep the input's right edge, every password form names its account for them, and the new settings strings are in all five languages.

Rebuilt Settings as one page with profile, schools and accounts grouped by provider, security, appearance and a danger zone, all actions in modals. Moved to Toamaisutaa 0.15.0, required a confirmed email before use, added a shared password field that works with password managers, and the app's own select for the language.
