Fix dead SECURITY.md links breaking the docs build - #71

SECURITY.md lives at the repo root, outside the VitePress source dir, so relative ../SECURITY.md links fail the dead-link check. Link to GitHub instead, matching other out-of-tree links in docs/.

The Docs workflow has failed on every run since #67: VitePress's dead-link check rejects
../SECURITY.mdindocs/operations.mdanddocs/task-reference.md, becauseSECURITY.mdlives at the repo root, outside the VitePress source dir.This points both links at the GitHub URL (
