Use pt.ds instead of pt.dt - #75

pertpy exposes the dataset module as `pt.ds` (scverse/pertpy#1100); `pt.dt` remains a working alias, so this is a readability change only.

* Prefer `pt.ds` over `pt.dt` for datasets `ds` reads as "datasets" whereas `dt` was easily mistaken for "data" or "datetime". The dataset module is now exposed as both `pt.ds` and `pt.dt`, with all docstrings, tests and docs switched to `pt.ds`. `pt.dt` keeps working unchanged and without a deprecation warning, so no user code breaks. The prek mypy hook cannot spawn `mypy` in this checkout, so mypy was run separately against the project interpreter and passes. * Bump the tutorials to the `pt.ds` notebooks Pulls in scverse/pertpy-tutorials#75 (the `pt.dt` -> `pt.ds` rename) and scverse/pertpy-tutorials#73 (the signature reversal section). * Drop the datasets accessor note * Drop the alias test * Rename the merged enrichment example to `pt.ds` * Drop the alias comment

Follow-up to scverse/pertpy#1103, which exposes the dataset module as
pt.ds.pt.dtremains a working alias, so this only changes how the tutorials read.
