- Updated package.json to include new test scripts for Vitest and Playwright. - Added playwright.config.ts for Playwright configuration with E2E testing setup. - Created smoke.spec.ts for initial E2E test of the advisory dashboard with a mocked backend. - Introduced vitest.config.ts to configure Vitest for both Node and browser environments.
