- Shipped the app's read-only offline layer — local cache, connectivity seeding, write-gating across every trip mutation, offline pack download, sync progress — then fixed sync tripping the server rate limiter
- Built manual trip planning in the itinerary UI: days-per-destination with a preview before apply, activity creation backed by Google Places
- Cleared launch-blocking P0 defects across three QA rounds: cold-start deep links, guest-gating holes, unreachable error branches, a live-tracking bug collapsing co-located users into one map pin
- Wrote the payment-service in Go from scratch — 96 files, ~11K LOC: protobuf codegen, Razorpay signature verification, a transactional outbox worker on Pub/Sub, an authenticated gRPC server
SynClock — Flutter + Riverpod reminder app, offline-first Firestore sync, Gemini natural-language reminders with voice input and TTS, FCM + AlarmManager pipeline, serverless NestJS API on AWS Lambda. Play Store internal testing.
Army Medicine Supplier — live e-pharmacy and delivery platform for ECHS beneficiaries. Next.js + NestJS + PostgreSQL, 8 modules, 5 JWT-secured roles, 5-stage Razorpay order lifecycle, real-time tracking on Socket.IO, Redis and BullMQ. Founder.
Telemed — Smart India Hackathon 2025, Team QBIT. Multilingual Flutter patient app with offline SQLite for 173 villages in Nabha, React doctor and pharmacy dashboards, Node.js + MongoDB backend, WebRTC consults. Led a 6-member team to 4th of 58 in the IIIT Bhagalpur qualifier, 6th overall.
