HTMAPL: HyperText Geographic Maps for jQuery

HTMAPL is:
* An basic HTML vocabulary for describing both interactive and static geographic
  maps, with layers and markers
* A jQuery plugin that associates the HTML vocabulary with ModestMaps for
  rendering maps in JavaScript
