GitHub Desktop window shrinks every time it is moved

The problem

I'm using Pop!_OS Linux and installed GitHub Desktop via Flatpak.

I noticed a strange issue that happens only with this application:

Every time I drag/move the GitHub Desktop window around the desktop, the window becomes slightly smaller after each move. If I keep moving it multiple times, it keeps shrinking progressively.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Steps to reproduce:
Open GitHub Desktop (Flatpak version).
Grab the window title bar.
Move the window to another position.
Repeat several times.

Expected behavior:
The window should keep the same size while being moved.

Actual behavior:
The window size decreases a little after each drag/move action.

Additional notes
This issue happens only with GitHub Desktop.
Other applications do not show this behavior.
OS: Pop!_OS (COSMIC desktop)
Install method: Flatpak

Not only that, If you maximize it (or set isMaximized:true in ~/.config/Github Desktop/window-state.json), it opens maximized, but is immediately forced to unmaximize.
I'm not sure if its a bug with the desktop environment, or the app.
I'm running X11 and GNOME.
