feat(v3.2.5): add activate-feature endpoint for USDC order book trading - #202

Add RestClient.activateFeature for POST /api/v5/account/activate-feature from the 2026-09-30 changelog. Pass feature "1" only after place order returns error 54109. Error 51773 means this activation is not supported. A successful call returns an empty data array and covers the master account plus its sub-accounts. Note on the instruments channel subscription type that pushes can be incremental: merge a local cache by instId instead of replacing the full instrument set. tradeQuoteCcy and tradeQuoteCcyList were already typed for the USD spot to USDC migration, so no new order fields. Bump the package to 3.2.5 and regenerate the endpoint list, apidoc example, and llms.txt. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
