Uses in-browser local model-free semantic search with small file-sizes.
Not intending on merging this.
Unfortunately Siemens IT disabled the chrome built-in model, so I proxy locally to code.siemens.com on docs:serve (needs $OPENAI_API_KEY and only works with local serving).
Also WebMCP is not yet supported so I added a polyfill.
