Summary

• Remove the entire conductor/ directory, including active tracks, archives, templates, configuration, and workflow instructions.
• Remove all remaining Conductor references from tracked contributor/agent instructions, documentation, ownership, and tooling configuration.
• Remove Conductor-exclusive documentation assertions and the obsolete publishing-workflow exemption, preserving other validation and publication behavior.

No package/runtime implementation, public API, dependency, or version changes. Prepared in the root checkout without creating a worktree; unrelated existing worktree files were left untouched.

Validation

• node --test test/package-workflow.test.js test/python-guest-documentation.test.js test/docs.test.js test/workspace.test.js — 56 passed, 0 failed.
• npm run lint -- --config-path=/tmp/opencode/biome-verser2-validation.json --vcs-root=/home/michal/signicode-projects/verser2 — passed (140 files). Temporary configuration preserves repository settings and adds only an exclusion for unrelated local .slim/worktrees/ files.
• git diff --check — passed.
• Physical directory absence and case-insensitive tracked-content/filename audits — passed; no surviving tracked Conductor references.
• Final code review and contributor-workflow review — passed with no remaining findings.

The full runtime test suite was not rerun because this change removes project-management material and updates only affected documentation, configuration, workflow, and tests. Normal PR CI remains enabled.

Merge

Merge manually through the protected main workflow after required checks and reviews pass.
