feat(emails): introduce Desktop, CLI, and MCP newsletter

Summary

• Add a product newsletter for Sim Desktop, CLI, and MCP, with enterprise Search at the end and direct workspace CTAs.

• Reuse Sim typography, EMCN button styles, and product components for the static email visuals.

• Move the Sim MCP guide to /mcp/overview and update entry links so cached legacy redirects cannot misroute the campaign. Keep the legacy destination and add a link there to the new guide. Deploy the image assets and docs route before sending the broadcast.

• Update the existing Search cancellation fixture to use a native Google Doc so the newer PDF permission check does not short-circuit the cancellation regression.

• bun run lint, all 51 check:audits, block registry audit, and docs-manifest:check pass.
• App and docs type-checks and all 8 tests across the 4 adjacent documentation test files pass.
• Browser checks at 320px, 390px, and desktop: no overflow, all images load, workspace CTA destinations verified.
• All 49 focused Search tests pass; removing application cancellation enforcement makes all 4 cancellation cases fail, then the production code is restored unchanged.
• Rendered the new MCP guide locally and verified its setup tabs and navigation.
• HTML audit verifies balanced markup, Outlook conditional comments, image dimensions, tracking parameters, and the unsubscribe placeholder. Actual inbox rendering has not been tested.
