Core #820 has merged, so the former development preview now points to permanent Sleep, Schedule, Settings, and MCP guides. Add dedicated Sleep stages and Biometric calibration pages while preserving the old URL and anchors.

Add an untouched screenshot and a real demo video of changing Wake sensitivity, previewing seven nights, and saving into pending adoption. Capture uses synthetic data on loopback with API/external requests blocked; source revisions, dimensions, and SHA-256 checksums are recorded. Document stage tools, biometric calibration tools, report resources, and saved curves against released Core source.

Validation: visual review of the raw capture and rendered guide; full pnpm check covers media, static export, types, links, search, mobile layout, and video playback (passed locally: 172 desktop/mobile tests; required CI also runs it).
