fix(web): command palette, scoped Servers view and profile editor staleness - #1503

…leness (refs #1462, #1460, #1433, #1451, #1446) Palette tracks the active row by key, clears tool rows on every query change and ignores a stale native cancel after Escape+reopen. Servers refetches on profiles.changed and tracks security_scan in its refresh fingerprint. The profile editor keeps edits made while a save/load is in flight. The viewing filter maps Clients tab=tokens/endpoint correctly. Sweep covers the upgrade-admin-key dialog radios.

Summary
Fixed web UI staleness issues in command palette, scoped Servers view, and profile editor. Palette now correctly tracks active row selection, Servers view refreshes when profiles change, and the profile editor preserves in-flight edits.
