fix(frontend): catalog wording, review copy, clients expander and activity affordances

Summary

Frontend copy and affordance fixes from the #1466 UX audit: catalog wording, review-queue copy, the Clients expander, and Activity table affordances. Items I5, I6b, I7, I8a and I8b are covered; per-item root cause and tests are in the commit 5e695ad9e message and the diffs below.

Items

• I5 / I6b (Home, Servers, ServerDetail, Settings, settings/fields.ts): wording drifted from the catalog/review terminology. Copy aligned; assertions updated in server-detail-quarantine-tools-empty.spec.ts.
• I7 (Clients.vue): the expander did not expose its state or a clear affordance. Fixed; covered by new cases in clients-page.spec.ts.
• I8a / I8b (Activity.vue): table scanning affordances and the Scope column fold point. The Scope column now folds at the lg breakpoint; covered by activity-table-scanning.spec.ts and e2e/web-ui-sweep/profiles-scope.spec.ts.

Review Status

Clean after 2 round(s). Unresolved findings:

• glm:1.F1.2 (low, low-deferred): the fold assertion in test 6 only covers the hidden side (width < 1024). Nothing asserts the Scope column is visible at 1024-1279. Test 5 checks activity-scope-col only at the default 1440 viewport, so reverting Activity.vue to xl:table-cell would pass the whole suite.
