…st-generated The base64-embedded-screenshot reports (~22MB of HTML) made GitHub report the repo as 54.8% HTML. Delete the obsolete docs/qa snapshots and mark the spec verification reports + future docs/qa reports as linguist-generated so language stats reflect the actual Go/Vue/Swift source.

GitHub reported the repo as 54.8% HTML. The cause is a handful of self-contained verification/QA reports that base64-embed PNG screenshots — a single file is multiple MB of "HTML" (one was 11.6 MB).
