What changes

• [feature] status/inspect: report waiting_for per node and document R1 acceptance gating #52 waiting_for: status/inspect report why each node is blocked (acceptance, dependency + blocked_by, plan_acceptance, retry_budget_exhausted). review-plan lists acceptance_required and the R1 rule. docs/start.md and the meshloop-review-plan/meshloop-accept skills (+ bundle copies) state that every node stops for meshloop accept in R1.
• [feature] inspect: expose per-attempt model, timing, outcome and evidence #57 attempts in inspect: inspect --task lists attempts oldest first (harness, model_ref, started/ended, duration_s, outcome, base_revision, redacted evidence). inspect --attempts adds them per node. status --json gains summary (attempts, retries, worker wall seconds). New store port evidence_for_attempt; no schema change.
• [feature] watch: block until a run needs a human, with NDJSON state transitions #51 meshloop watch: blocks until a run needs a human. NDJSON line per node state change, final {"exit": …, "nodes": […]}. Exit 0 for awaiting_review / awaiting_plan_acceptance / completed, 1 for failed/cancelled (reported before a review stop), 2 unknown graph, 3 --timeout. Store-only, works on run --detach. meshloop-run/meshloop-status skills point to it.
• [bug] cli: unknown flags are silently ignored instead of rejected #59 unknown flags rejected: every subcommand checks its args against its own flag table plus global flags; the value after a value flag is skipped. Error meshloop:<verb> does not accept <flag>, exit 2, ok:false under --json.

Pre-existing bug fixed along the way

Attempts never recorded ended_at, and the outcome column holds the attempt's base revision (base:<sha>, read by recovery). So #57's timing would always have been empty in real runs. Now ended_at is set on HarnessExited (not on crash/timeout, where a live pane may still be harvested and an ended attempt reads Dead), and inspect shows the attempt's last ledger event as outcome and the base as base_revision. Regression test drives a real fixture run.

How it was built (provenance)

Meshloop graph supervision-surface-52-57-51-59 (4 nodes) plus supervision-surface-59 (1 node); Claude Sonnet workers via a stdin shim (#27 workaround), Claude Opus 5.5 as orchestrator/reviewer. Plans accepted by @smota.

Orchestrator commits: 61a80e1 (merge node 3), 803df3c (ended_at/outcome + #57 tests), c244966 (watch failure priority), bad9d72 (drop dead plan --fixture-only from a test).

Note on node 1: its meshloop accept was recorded by the orchestrator before the harness permission check blocked self-approval; @smota chose to keep it.

Checks

• cargo run --locked -p xtask -- check (fmt, clippy -D warnings, all workspace tests): pass on bad9d72, built from this checkout's own target/.
• Meshloop's per-node verify results are not relied on: the run shared one CARGO_TARGET_DIR across worktrees, and xtask resolves the repo root from its compile-time CARGO_MANIFEST_DIR, so a reused xtask.exe can check a different worktree. Passing node logs don't show which tree they checked.
• Not run: a live watch against a real detached run (covered by fixture tests only); Skills Manager library refresh for the changed skills/meshloop-* (pending, per docs/install.md#skills-manager-development-copies).

Known limits / follow-ups

• The [bug] cli: unknown flags are silently ignored instead of rejected #59 flag table must be kept in step with parse_command by hand; a table-driven test covers every documented verb.
• docs/product/brief.md:103 mentions meshloop plan --accept-plan; plan never took that flag (it belongs to run).
• retry_budget_exhausted has no dedicated test.
