What changed

• add complete draft catalog APIs for teams, members, shared roles, responsibilities, and workflows
• add an interactive organization canvas with automatic relationship-aware layout, manual positioning, inventory, creation, editing, and deletion
• represent the business chain as Team → Member → Role → Responsibility → Workflow
• add workflow-focused impact testing with graph selection, right-click scenarios, and plain-language outcome explanations
• support optional work email and employee reference fields through database migrations
• add frontend and backend regression coverage for the full blank-organization workflow

Why

The previous draft experience did not provide a fast, understandable way to model an organization or see how role changes affect business workflows. Several interactions also caused confusion: new objects could overlap, role assignment was too restrictive, workflow responsibilities were not visible on the organization map, and impact results did not explain the threshold rule that produced them.

User impact

Users can now quickly create their own organization, reuse shared roles across members, visualize responsibility paths, and run non-destructive what-if tests with explicit safe, degraded, or blocked explanations.
