• add a hardened Spring Boot production profile and multi-stage container image
• add a Render Blueprint for the free Docker-based API service in Oregon
• keep Neon PostgreSQL as the production database and Vercel as the frontend host

• Render Free may spin down after 15 minutes of inactivity; the first request after idle can have a cold start.
