Adds the Zenodo concept DOI (all versions) [10.5281/zenodo.22985527](https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22985527) as a README badge and as `doi:` in CITATION.cff, plus an `identifiers` list with the concept DOI and the v0.1.1 version DOI [10.5281/zenodo.22985528](https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22985528). Docs/metadata only; no code changes and no new release.
