Release the owner-board and ancestry validator accepted in PR47 as0.27.2. This candidate aligns the four version declarations and adds the changelog, verification ledger and durable release entry; skill bodies, descriptions and hooks remain byte-identical.
Independent metadata review passed on12fdf8f; structural17checks and both strict Claude manifests passed. Accepted implementation has a local full gate and genuine hosted PR47 checks. Final release-candidate aggregate, eligible hosted checks, publication and installed readback are tracked separately in docs/evidence/runs/2026-10-13-release-0.27.2.md.
