The 2026-10-08 routing audit found that «добавь Telegram-бота» loaded no skill: telegram-bots named only «телеграм бот» with a space. The description now leads with «Telegram-бот», «Telegram-бота» and «телеграм-бота» beside "Telegram bot", ahead of the point where harness listings truncate. 958 characters, inside the 970 house limit. The trigger corpus gains q13 in the validation split. The house-limit plant in test/validate.py now derives its padding: the fixed padding overshot the 1024 cap at the new length and the negative self-test reported the plant BROKEN.
