Add owner-side gates for Markdown board integrity and the release ancestry guard. The real-validator harness plants 38 defects and retains four valid controls; unsupported workflow grammar fails closed instead of silently accepting a bypass. Each new owner board links its requirements and observed evidence.
Validation runs nightly at 23:00 Europe/Warsaw and on one explicit draft-to-ready candidate transition. Existing job bodies and release calls are unchanged; dispatch remains standalone diagnostics and cannot satisfy PR required checks.

npm test,npm run test:negatives, andgit diff --checkpassed locally. The shared harness passed 42 process controls. Installer and strict plugin-manifest checks passed; Web3D also passed its eval validator. See task packet and source receipt.The checker supports the documented current workflow layout, not arbitrary YAML or shell. No release, installation, provider acceptance, or hub pin update is included. This draft stays frozen pending independent exact-SHA review.
