The hub could not find an owner verification ledger although release and source evidence already existed. Add a versioned pointer index for 0.2.4 and a handoff entry that preserve the original receipts and distinguish publication from installed or model behavior.
Validation: npm test; npm run test:negatives all exited 0 on the recorded source. The evidence-only successor passed structural, local-link and npm path/hash preservation checks. All published payload bytes remain unchanged; the independent family review is linked in the packet.
