Publish the merged board and release-ancestry validation gates as 0.1.4. Synchronize the package, plugin, marketplace, skill card and existing skill version metadata, and add the corresponding changelog entry.
The gate implementation and workflow behavior are already merged and independently reviewed. This candidate only changes release metadata and evidence;
