Summary

  • Change only the workspace Go directive from go 1.27 to go 1.27.0.
  • Leave root go.mod, dependencies, code, Redis fixtures, and Renovate configuration unchanged.

Why

Renovate Sigstore #302 and timestamp-authority #351 update the root module minimum to 1.27.0. Their CI currently fails to load the workspace with:

go: module . listed in go.work file requires go >= 1.27.0, but go.work lists go 1.27

The patch-qualified workspace version supports those module requirements without changing the root module in this PR. After this PR merges, #302 and #351 must refresh/rebase onto the updated main branch and rerun CI.

Validation

Using the existing dev toolbox and Go 1.27.0:

  • Workspace parsing and read-only package loading across all five workspace modules passed.
  • Full task passed (lint, vet, race tests, release validation, and standalone Redis module checks).
  • Ran task in a temporary Git clone to contain nested go mod tidy; verified no tracked module/dependency mutations occurred.
  • task license-check and git diff --check passed.

This is one focused metadata-only change; other action points belong in separate PRs.

Use the patch-qualified Go 1.27.0 workspace version so modules requiring Go 1.27.0 can load without a workspace version mismatch. Leave the root module and dependencies unchanged.
