- validate_complexity.mjs: all 3 pilot queries within the anonymous limit
(projects 181, project_issues 144, current_user 40; limit 200)
- live two-page traversal proven: 200 rows from projects search
- host route resolution fixed with inline {host:[^/]+} regex in server url
- smoke_test.py: local/public registry option, 4/4 anonymous checks passing

…nticated The anonymous gate from a GitHub runner hit three resolvers that answer anonymous callers with an internal server error (Project.terraformState(s), Project.agentConfigurations) and had no measured sibling, so the run failed on unresolved probes although every measured query passed (239/239, highest 190). The validator now bounds a server-side failure conservatively (12 + leaves x 10, the wrapper cost and the highest per-field cost measured) and the workflow passes GITLAB_TOKEN to the gate when the secret is configured. The PR's website test deployment failed at yarn install: the lockfile resolves mermaid@12.0.0 (via @docusaurus/theme-mermaid), whose engine constraint is node >= 22.12.0, and the web workflows pinned Node 20.
