chore: release the switching tool 0.1.1 - #146

Ships the README's corrected link to the migration guide's tracing section. It is also the first version staged by the migrate-v* tag run through npm trusted publishing, which validates the trusted publisher: 0.1.0 was published by hand, so the tag run skipped staging and never exchanged an OIDC token.
