checkout and setup-node stay on v4.4.0 and setup-deno on v1.5.2; a moved tag can no longer change what runs in the publish jobs. test.yml now grants contents: read at the top, so only the publish job holds id-token.
Scorecard runs on pushes to main and weekly, publishes to scorecard.dev for the README badge, and uploads its findings to code scanning. Dependabot opens one grouped pull request a month for GitHub Actions, which keeps the SHA pins current.
The README's compare view covers 196 files, mostly the codemod, tests and the deleted cjs, deno and cf builds, and GitHub truncates it; src and types alone are 12 files. npm run diff:upstream regenerates the diff with full blob hashes, so a shallow CI clone produces the same bytes, and the tag run's publish job refuses to stage a release whose diff is stale.

test.ymla read-only token by default, so only the publish job holdsid-token.docs/changes-since-3.4.9.diff, generated bynpm run diff:upstreamfromsrc/andtypes/only: 12 files against the compare view's 196. The tag run's publish job refuses to stage a release whose diff is stale. Checked locally that a shallow clone produces the same bytes.
