fix(dashboard): collapse failed-run error behind Run failed summary with expandable details

Problem

When a scoring run failed, the raw error string was rendered inline directly in the dashboard's last-runs list. Long or multi-line error outputs would break the row layout, crowd out adjacent runs, and reduce the overall scannability of the history table.

Solution

1. Collapsed Row Summary:
   • Collapsed the failure state in the summary line to a clear, consistent label: Run failed, styled with text-danger to maintain immediate visual distinction without overwhelming the layout.
   • Added the expandable disclosure chevron (ChevronRight rotated via Framer Motion) to failed runs matching the existing pattern on successful scored runs.
2. Expandable Error Details Panel:
   • Clicking a failed row expands an animated disclosure panel (AnimatePresence + motion.div) revealing the full error output under an "Error output:" label.
   • Constrained with max-h-60 overflow-y-auto break-words whitespace-pre-wrap font-mono to guarantee even exceptionally long stack traces wrap cleanly and scroll smoothly without breaking the page layout.
3. Accessibility:
   • Entire row functions as an accessible <button> with dynamic aria-label (e.g. Run on <timestamp>: run failed. Show/Hide error details) and aria-controls.

Verification

• Code formatting passes (pnpm run format:check)
• ESLint passes with 0 errors (pnpm run lint)
• TypeScript type checking passes across all monorepo workspaces (pnpm run typecheck)
• Full test suite passes (pnpm run test -> 314 passed, 0 failed)
