Does Not Preserve Docx Structure when Open from Local Disk

Thanks for the report! The notice in your screenshot points to two separate things:

Nested tables were flattened: older versions couldn't handle a table inside a table cell, so it was turned into paragraphs. Since v0.10.0, nested tables are imported and saved as tables, so the document keeps its structure. Please try again with new version.
Tahoma not installed: this is only a display notice. Tahoma isn't installed on your system, so a similar font is used on screen, but the text keeps Tahoma as its font and saves it that way. Installing Tahoma (or opening the file on a system that has it) shows the original font.

If v0.10 still changes the layout, could you attach the file or a cut-down sample that shows the problem? That makes it much easier to track down.
