What's changing

Raises the minimum deployment targets one release family forward:

  • iOS/iPadOS 13.0 → 15.0
  • macOS 10.15 → 12.0
  • tvOS 13.0 → 15.0
  • watchOS 6.0 → 8.0

Why

Xcode 27 raises its on-device debugging and Instruments requirement to iOS 17+ / tvOS 17+ / watchOS 10+, leaving the old iOS 13 (2019) floor effectively unsupported by current tooling. This moves the minimum forward to the iOS 15 family.

Xcode 27 ships SDKs for iOS/tvOS/watchOS/macOS 27 and requires iOS 17+,
tvOS 17+, and watchOS 10+ for on-device debugging and Instruments,
leaving the previous iOS 13 / macOS 10.15 / tvOS 13 / watchOS 6 floor
increasingly out of step with what the toolchain actually supports.

Bump the minimums one release family forward to iOS 15 / macOS 12 /
tvOS 15 / watchOS 8.
