feat: add TYPO3 v14 compatibility, release 3.0.0 - #5

- Require TYPO3 ^14.0 and PHP 8.2 - 8.5, bump version to 3.0.0
- Register plugin as own CType "riddle_riddle" with flexform via addPlugin()
- Add upgrade wizard to migrate list_type plugins and be_groups permissions
- Move backend module to Configuration/Backend/Modules.php, use ModuleTemplateFactory
- Move icons to Configuration/Icons.php, register TypoScript via addTypoScript()
- Replace removed APIs (StandaloneView, Doctrine DBAL 3 methods, FlexFormService, AbstractMessage, TCEforms flexform wrapper, list_type preview handling)
- Use constructor DI for API, repository, middleware, controllers and event listener
- Mark PluginController::run() as #[AsAllowedCallable] for TypoScript userFunc
- Allow cdn.riddle.com images in backend Content-Security-Policy
- Fix log module filter, pagination and CSV export (response instead of die)
- Replace copied tx_riddle_log TCA with a proper read-only definition
- Handle missing API key and unreachable riddle API gracefully in preview and frontend
- Replace legacy runTests/docker setup with GitHub Actions CI (composer validate, CGL, lint, unit tests on PHP 8.2 - 8.5, tag/version check)
- Rewrite unit tests for PHPUnit 11/12 and testing-framework 9
