Replace matplotlib style file in all notebooks

Currently, in all of our notebooks, we reference the now outdated "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/TDAmeritrade/stumpy/main/docs/stumpy.mplstyle" style file at the top of each notebook. Instead, they should all be replaced with "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/stumpy-dev/stumpy/main/docs/stumpy.mplstyle" (i.e., replace "TDAmeritrade" with "stumpy-dev")
