What changes

A bounded task could still trigger a full planning template, kill list or customer-record setup despite supplied context being sufficient. The shared method now sizes the process to uncertainty, dependencies, risk and the customer environment rather than engagement duration.

Clear implementation requests can proceed directly; explicit planning requests remain plans. Larger dependent work keeps appropriate coordination. AI and payment guidance permits independent preparation while retaining data, evaluation and release authority checks. Updates include generated standalone skills, README guidance and release metadata for 5.1.23.

Validation

  • Canonical skill generation and structural checks.
  • CLI routing smoke and independent review.
  • Four synthetic instruction-following walkthroughs; these do not establish real customer outcomes or universal engagement coverage.
  • npm run check: 491 tests passed, zero failures. Initial sandbox run blocked a loopback-server test; full rerun with local network permission passed.
