Separate replay snapshots from behavior specs, batch native event playback, and stream fixture progress. Compare fenced JSON structurally while keeping other snapshot data exact. Refresh reviewed display-only expectations and document remaining fixture defects and compatibility regressions.
Record protocol-tagged V1 and V2 streamed events, preserving native V2 timestamps and payloads. Expose capture saving through the debug helper and support protocol-aware replay connections. Add native V2 capture/replay coverage, document fixture capture, and classify the capture store as a topology foundation module.
Project queued user input from V1 execution state and invalidate its header when an assistant consumes it. Preserve queue facts across updates and snapshot refreshes. Decode validated historical synthetic context into neutral editor-context facts, including raw Neovim diagnostics. Keep metadata authoritative and ordinary synthetic text unchanged. Fix context border classification and hint rendering, add focused regression tests, and update only reviewed cosmetic snapshot expectations.

There was a big GAP in protocol v1 that was missing due to the snapshot tests not running.
This MR is there to restore the snapshot tests and fix what was missing in the v1 protocol implementation.
