Works great — I've replaced my local footer wrapper with the hook and it covers the use case exactly:
\\lua
hooks = {
on_footer_render = function(segments)
local cwd = require('opencode.state').current_cwd
if cwd then table.insert(segments, 1, { cwd_label(cwd):sub(1, 30) .. ' ', 'OpencodeHint' }) end
return segments
end,
}
\\
Verified on Windows 11 / Neovim 0.11: the
epo:branch\ label renders on the left, the model/mode segments on the right are never clipped (the label participates in normal padding instead of me stealing width from it), and it tracks session/tab switches. Also ran the full unit suite on this branch vs. the base commit — identical failure sets (15 pre-existing Windows env failures in server_job/snapshot specs), so no regressions, and the 5 new bar_segments tests pass.
Thanks for the quick turnaround — happy for this to merge as-is.
