Test plan

• A member who joined in the last 7 days posts the Olivia Rodrigo / Climate Pledge ticket copy: message is deleted and they are timed out for 12 hours.
• The same member posts the moving-overseas giveaway copy: message is deleted and they are timed out.
• A member who joined more than 7 days ago can post the same text without a timeout.
• A normal message that does not include these phrases is left alone.
