Description

Documentation(864148): Fixed the following issues in the Blazor Mention Getting Started UG documentation:

• Linked the TargetComponent, MentionFieldSettings, and Target APIs to their respective API references in all three Getting Started pages.
• Added an inline explanation of the ChildContent block in the first-sample intro paragraph of all three Getting Started pages.
• Added the missing N> [View Sample in GitHub] link after the first preview sample in the Blazor WASM App Getting Started page.
• Corrected the placeHolder (capital H) attribute to placeholder (lowercase) on the <div> and <textarea> elements across the first and second samples in all three Getting Started pages.
• Added an in-page TargetComponent vs Target comparison table in the ## Mention target section of all three Getting Started pages to differentiate the two APIs.
• Removed the unused EmployeeImage property from the PersonData class and its three seed rows across both samples in all three Getting Started pages.
• Replaced the untyped List<PersonData> EmailData = new List<PersonData> { ... } declaration with the typed private private List<PersonData> EmailData = new() { ... } form across both samples in all three Getting Started pages.
