Rename the .app bundle to Bambu Profile Manager - #13

"Bpm Tray" wasn't self-explanatory on its own in Launchpad/Spotlight - renamed CFBundleName/CFBundleDisplayName and the actual .app folder to "Bambu Profile Manager" (matching the product name everywhere else). Release asset filenames stay BpmTray_vX_darwin_arch.zip for URL stability across renames; only the bundle's own name changed. Verified locally: built, zipped, unzipped fresh, opened via `open`, confirmed the server responds and Spotlight's own kMDItemDisplayName reads "Bambu Profile Manager.app".
