Reconcile derived GitOps manifests for Talos v1.14.0 #64
Description
Question
After Build and publish Talos v1.14.0 installer and OCI artifacts is complete, can the versions.yaml mechanism bring all derived oci-lab files into agreement and make the CI drift gate pass? The current check reports stale v1.13.9 values in omni/cluster-templates/oci-lab.yaml and both OCI machine classes. Verify the reconcile workflow and the resulting files without editing the machine-owned talos-image.yaml by hand.

Resolved. With the v1.14.0 installer available,
python3 scripts/check-version-drift.py --writeupdated the three derived OCI files on the release branch, and the checker then passed. The changes were pushed to release PR #65. The PR’s remaining failures are unrelated existing manifest and Markdown lint issues, recorded as separate tasks.
