fix: drop csi-driver-nfs 0777, rely on fsGroup - #20

CSIDriver fsGroupPolicy=File already chowns each volume to the pod's fsGroup (verified: non-root pod with fsGroup writes fine, dir becomes root:<fsGroup> drwxrwsr-x). World-writable 0777 was unnecessary and sloppy. Apps (Harbor) set fsGroup.

Reverts the 0777 from #19. CSIDriver fsGroupPolicy=File already chowns volumes to the pod fsGroup — verified a non-root pod (fsGroup 2000) writes fine, dir root:2000 drwxrwsr-x. No world-writable perms needed.
