Summary
unraid-lab Argo CD can now bootstrap and reconcile oci-lab through its private API instead of running a second Argo CD instance. OCI keeps Cilium as its only inline bootstrap workload; registry mirrors stay in Omni's encrypted configuration rather than Git.
