Summary

• replace the retired imp/enabled selector with imp.dev/runner=true
• apply the selector consistently to the agent, runtime, and KVM preflight
• retain the matching dedicated-node toleration

• rendered the pinned Imp chart at c4fc6ce8ffe875e6eb88f0c5fe410f9721de0d42 with the cluster values
• asserted all three workloads select only imp.dev/runner=true and tolerate the dedicated runner taint
• git diff --check
