Release the merged evaluation integrity and DX changes as Eval 0.181.0 so dependent packages can adopt the published contracts.
Keep npm and Python versions in lockstep and regenerate the live dependency digest for the Python lock version. Historical evidence digests remain unchanged.
Validation: frozen pnpm install, offline Python lock verification, typecheck, build, pack, and full package export verification passed locally. The underlying changes passed 6,124 tests before merge; this PR changes release metadata and its generated digest.
The owner requested an admin merge without waiting for hosted CI. Publication uses the maintained tag-triggered workflow.
