[Issue]: Submission from GrapheneOS not allowed?

Description

I am trying to submit all missing apps.

I have configured GrapheneOS in the app. Otherwise it shows me "Google Play alt" as install source, whatever that is. I used Obtainium to get them.

When trying to submit an app, I get "Device should either be degoogled or have microG for rating" which makes no sense

All ROMs are allowed. Search for Brave, Firefox, Aurora Store, Bitwarden, Signal and you'll see many ratings from other GrapheneOS users.

Google Play alt means any Google Play Store alternative like Aurora Store, Samsung Store, Amazon Store, etc. Anything that is not from direct apk or from F-Droid.

Go to Phone Settings > Apps > See all apps > tap 3 dots on top > Show system
Then check if the following apps show up:

Name	Package
Google Play Services	com.google.android.gms
Google Services Framework	com.google.android.gsf
Google Play Store	com.android.vending

Search using the app name and not the package names.
