現在のスター履歴チャートは GitHub Stargazer API の制限により表示が崩れており、修正が必要です。

本PRでは、追加のAPIキーを必要としない代替データソースを使用する star-history.dera.page へチャートを移行し、全README（日本語・英語・中国語・繁体中国語・韓国語・ポーランド語）でチャートが正しく表示されるようにします。
