Problem

The resolver-target licence tag shows a full URL instead of an SPDX identifier.

src/pages/id/ref/[uuid]/index.astro renders {t.license && <span class="reg-tag">{t.license}</span>}. That code was written when license held CC-BY-SA-3.0. scripts/compile.ts now rewrites license to https://spdx.org/licenses/CC-BY-SA-3.0, so every target row shows a long URL inside a small tag chip.

Suggested fix

Derive the label from the IRI, or use the IRI only as the link target.

Found during review of #127. Not caused by that PR.

Fixed on staging by ba908c7 (#143). The chip now reads CC-BY-SA-3.0 and links to the SPDX page; the published JSON-LD still carries the full canonical IRI.

The fix ships with the v0.1.0 release, #4. Closing now rather than at the tag, because the change is on staging and Closes does not fire from a merge into a non-default branch.
